Max (Apollo) - Max is a energetic little guy. He will do well with a family or person that has the time to keep him mentally and physically stimulated. If he is not given the proper exercise and mental stimulation you will find him trying to entertain himself, which means getting into trouble. This will require training/enrichment activities, and at least an 1 hour of exercise spread out through the day (walks, fetch, playing with his person in the yard). He would make a good sport dog, like nose work or obedience training. Trainer recommends professional training if placed with new dog owners.

Hercules - Hercules is a playful pup with a mid range energy level. He too will do well with a family or person that is active. He will not require as much as Max, but will need to be exercised and mentally simulated to keep out of trouble. Teaching a good game of fetch will go a long way to keep this little guy happy. The trainer said he is a pup that likes to figure things out in his own time and may need patience to train. Trainer recommends professional training if placed with new dog owners.

Aries - Aries did very well with his testing and will do well in a house hold with or without children. he is mid range energy level but with an off switch. He will bond quickly with his people and will be easier to train. He would be a great puppy that would do good in a house that would like a social dog to take places with them. He is a puppy recommended for first time dog owners. Professional training is always recommended, but new owners would be able to train with a good online program as well.

Zeus - Like Aries, Zeus did very well with his testing and would do well in a house hold with or without children. I would be a mindful of his size when it comes to a house with very small children as he will be a smaller dog. The trainer was very happy with this little guy, he is social but not overly excitable. He has a mid range energy level and knows how to just cuddle up and relax as well. He would be happy with some walks and play time with his people. He would enjoy some enrichment activities too. He is a puppy recommended for new dog owners. Professional training is always recommended, but new owners would be able to train with a good online program as well.

Athena - Athena is a very loving little pup with the mid range energy level, but is just as happy to cuddle up with her person on down time. Athena is a bit shyer when it comes to new environments, she is a bit slower to recover and become curious of her surroundings. Athena will be staying with us until 10 weeks old to socialize her to more environments and work on her recovery of going into new environments. She will make a great family dog, and perfect for a family that likes to spend time hanging out at home with her. Professional training is recommended for new dog owners.

Part of the reason we have temperament testing done now is so we can see what areas a puppy needs to improve on before being sent to their new homes. At the age that the puppies are, we can do just a few short exposures to create a positive relation to an environment, items, or people. This changes at 12 weeks old, after this time more exposures need to be done and it will be counter conditioning the behavior instead of socializing it. In the case of Athena an extra 2 weeks will make a huge improvement for her and her socialization. We have already started with her visit to the vet today that went amazing well, just a few treats created a great experience in the office and with the vet.
